Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing time begins after your payment is confirmed. During processing, we may verify certain orders or contact you for additional information; if further details are needed, processing time may be extended accordingly.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days from the date the order is handed over to the carrier (i.e., after processing is complete).
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier services, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method. If free shipping promotions are available, they will be subject to the terms disclosed during the promotional period.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier’s official website.
Customs & Import Fees
If your order requires cross‑border shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control such fees, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages or return shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delay Disclaimer
During holidays, peak sales periods, extreme weather, strikes, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control, delivery times may be extended. While we will do our best to assist, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
