We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the goods to the carrier.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, but failure to notify promptly will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced thereby.
